Many Walbo Outdoors products are printed to order through our production and fulfillment partners. Because individual garments and printing processes may have minor variations, the finished product may vary slightly from digital images or mockups shown on the website.
Product descriptions, availability, and specifications may be updated when necessary. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit product quantities where appropriate.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Walbo Outdoors.
We reserve the right to accept or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, product availability, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many Walbo Outdoors products are printed to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed, and we may not always be able to accommodate cancellation or modification requests once production has begun.
If there is a problem with your order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Returns, refunds, and eligible size replacements are governed by our published Refund Policy and Walbo Fit Guarantee.
Purchases are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change from time to time. The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or listing errors.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order and agree to pay the charges associated with your purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Walbo Outdoors currently ships within the United States.
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Estimated total delivery time is generally 6–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Because products may be produced by different fulfillment facilities, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Shipping rates and applicable free-shipping thresholds are displayed on our website and during checkout.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND SIZE REPLACEMENTS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to the requirements described in that policy.
Walbo Outdoors also offers a Fit Guarantee for eligible first-time sizing issues. Under the Fit Guarantee, an eligible customer may receive one replacement size at no additional charge and, in most cases, will not be required to return the original shirt.
Walbo Outdoors does not offer traditional mail-in exchanges. Customers seeking a different product, design, or color may return an eligible product according to our Refund Policy and place a new order.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including our text, graphics, artwork, designs, photographs, videos, logos, product names, and other content, are owned by Walbo Outdoors or used under applicable licenses and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, publicly display, or otherwise commercially exploit content from the Services without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to Walbo Outdoors, Shopify, or third-party intellectual property except as expressly stated.

Walbo Outdoors is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate our online store.
Purchases made through the Walbo Outdoors store are transactions with Walbo Outdoors, not Shopify.
Shopify may provide technology, payment, checkout, account, security, and other services involved in operating the store. Shopify's handling of personal information is also subject to its applicable privacy policies.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
